Keller Rohrback L.L.P. is investigating possible claims against Nestlé USA, Inc., Nestlé Healthcare Nutrition, Gerber Products Company, Mead Johnson Nutrition Company, and Abbott Laboratories, manufacturers of infant formula and children's food and beverage products, for advertisements regarding the "brain development," "immunity," "growth" and other health benefits of products containing vitamins, prebiotics, probiotics, nucleotides, antioxidants, and fatty acids such as docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (ARA).

• Nestlé Juicy Juice Fruit Juice Beverage with DHA for Brain Development;
• Nestlé BOOST Kid Essentials Drink – Immunity Protection with Probiotic Straw;
• Nestlé Good Start Gentle PLUS formula with Comfort Proteins, Nestle Good Start Protect PLUS with Bifidus BL, or any other Nestlé Good Start, Good Start 2 or NAN formulas;
• Gerber 2nd Foods Dinners with DHA;
• Gerber 2nd Foods Purees with DHA & Antioxidants;
• Gerber Cereal with DHA;
• Enfamil "Expecta" LIPIL DHA supplement for pregnant and breastfeeding women;
• Enfamil Premium formula with Triple Health Guard, Enfagrow Premium Next Step with Triple Health Guard, or any other Enfamil formula product;
• Similac Advance EarlyShield formula, Similac Go & Grow EarlyShield formula, or any other Similac formula product;
• Pediasure and Pediasure with Fiber Nutrition Drinks.
